Bus-Powered Terminal Description
The module’s bus‑powered terminal has a rated voltage of 150 V, a rated current of 8 A, a pitch of 3.81 mm, and accepts flexible wires with cross‑sections ranging from 0.2 to 1.5 mm². The plug uses M2 slotted screws with a tightening torque of 0.2 Nm.
Bus-powered wiring method one Power is supplied via the upper power terminals of the first module in each group, while the remaining modules are connected in series through their lower bus terminals. This configuration eliminates the need for auxiliary bus‑terminal side‑mount connectors.

The busbar terminals are mounted directly and closely side by side on a 35 mm-wide DIN rail, with their upper ends connected to the bottom mating connectors of modules measuring 12.5–17.5 mm in width. It is recommended that each group of terminals comprise no more than 16 units. If the second power-supply configuration is used, male and female busbar terminal plugs must be installed at both ends of the terminal strip to facilitate wiring or serve as termination mounting points.
Module and bus‑powered terminal installation method: First, secure the bus terminal’s retaining tabs onto the mounting rail. When installing the module, align the rounded locating slot at the lower side of the module with the corresponding key on the bus terminal; insert the side where the arc’s center lies first into the rail, ensuring that the module’s edge engages with the rail’s groove. In the 12.5–17.5 mm thickness direction, center the terminal’s retaining tabs within the corresponding module recess. Then, using the rail’s edge as an axis, rotate the module to press it firmly into place, achieving a tight, secure connection between the module and the bus‑powered terminal. If male and female connector leads are used, the overall module width increases to 19.9 mm: 8.5 mm (male connector side) + 18 – 6.6 mm (11.4 mm female connector side). When no female connector leads are employed, only the female connector side features a bus terminal that protrudes 6.6 mm from the module’s face, while the opposite side’s bus terminal is flush with the module’s surface.
