Product Details

  • Product Description
  • Product Introduction

Digital input isolator: accepts dry‑contact or NAMUR‑type proximity switch signals and outputs them via an isolated relay. A DIP switch allows independent configuration of the output to operate in either in-phase or out-of-phase logic (default is in-phase), and enables or disables line‑fault monitoring (default is enabled, with the LED flashing during a line fault). This product requires an independent power supply and provides three‑terminal isolation between the input, output, and power supply.

    Technical Specifications

    • Power Supply: 18 VDC to 32 VDC, with reverse polarity protection.
    • Operating power consumption: ≤1W
    • Input signal: dry contact or NAMUR-type proximity switch
    • Switching characteristics: When the input current exceeds 2.1 mA, the output relay closes and the channel indicator light remains steadily illuminated in yellow; when the input current falls below 1.2 mA, the output relay opens and the channel indicator light turns off.
    • Open-circuit voltage: approximately 8.5 V
    • Short-circuit current: approximately 8.5 mA
    • Output signal: relay contacts
    • Allowable load: 250 VAC/2 A or 30 VDC/2 A
    • Line fault: If the input current is ≤50 μA, it is determined to be an open‑circuit condition, and the output relay trips; if the input current is ≥6.5 mA, it is determined to be a short circuit, and the output relay trips while the channel indicator flashes red.
    • Switch life: >100,000 cycles
    • Switching frequency: <10 Hz
    • Response time: <20ms
    • Electromagnetic Compatibility: IEC 61326-3-1
    • Dielectric Strength: ≥2500 VAC (between input, output, and power supply)
    • Insulation resistance: ≥100 MΩ (input/output/power supply)
    • Operating temperature: -20°C to +60°C
    • Storage temperature: -40°C to +80°C
