ASGEXA-G41
- Commodity name: ASGEXA-G41
- Input: DC voltage signal
- Number of channels: One in, one out
- Output: 4–20 mA
- Power supply mode (both can be centralized power supply): 24VDC
Product Details

Product Introduction
The voltage-input safety barrier isolates and converts voltage signals from the hazardous area into current or voltage signals for output to the safe area, while simultaneously providing an isolated power supply to field instruments in the hazardous area. This product requires independent power supply and features three-terminal isolation between input, output, and power.
Technical Specifications
- Power Supply: 18 VDC to 32 VDC, with reverse polarity protection.
- Operating power consumption: 1.3 W (24 V, single-channel full-load output); 1.8 W (24 V, dual-channel full-load output)
- Input signal: DC voltage signal
- Input impedance: ≥1 MΩ
- Distribution voltage: Open-circuit voltage ≤ 26 V; at 20 mA, output voltage ≥ 16 V. Output signal: 4–20 mA.
- Allowable load: RL ≤ 550 Ω
- Conversion accuracy: 0.1% F.S. (25°C ± 2°C)
- Temperature Drift: 40 ppm/°C
- Response time: ≤500 ms
- Electromagnetic Compatibility: IEC 61326-3-1
- Dielectric strength: ≥2500 VAC (between intrinsically safe and non‑intrinsically safe sides); ≥1500 VAC (between power supply and non‑intrinsically safe side)
- Insulation resistance: ≥100 MΩ (input/output/power supply)
- Operating temperature: -20°C to +60°C
- Storage temperature: -40°C to +80°C
- Dimensions: 12.7 mm wide × 110 mm high × 118.9 mm deep
- Output status: Unless otherwise specified by the user, the output will track changes in the input signal across the full‑scale range, regardless of any fault conditions in the input. (Exceptions apply when the 1–5 V input is open‑circuited or shorted; in such cases, the output will be 0 V/mA.) However, the output shall not exceed 110% of the upper limit of the output range. For example, with a 0 mA to 20 mA output, the minimum output may be 0 mA, and the maximum shall not exceed 22 mA.
- Application: Installed in hazardous areas, it can be connected to intrinsically safe equipment in Zones 0, 1, and 2; for gas groups IIA, IIB, and IIC; and for temperature classes T1 through T6.
