Product Details

  • Product Description
  • Product Introduction

The Temperature Transmitter accepts thermocouples and resistance temperature detectors as inputs and, after isolation and conversion, outputs current or voltage signals. This product requires an independent power supply, with three-terminal isolation between the input, output, and power supply. It features built-in online fault self-diagnosis and allows configuration of the temperature range, signal type, and output mode in case of signal failure via a PC or a handheld programmer.

    Technical Specifications

    • Supply voltage: 20–35 V DC
    • Power Protection: Reverse Polarity Protection
    • Supply current: (with a 24 V power supply and at a 20 mA output) ≤ 45 mA
    • Input signal types: Pt100, Cu100, Cu50, T, E, J, K, N, R, S, B
    • Internal cold-junction compensation temperature range: -20°C to +60°C
    • Cold-end compensation accuracy: ±1°C
    • Output current / Load resistance: 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA / RL ≤ 300 Ω
    • Output voltage / load resistance: 0–5 V, 1–5 V / RL ≥ 2 kΩ
    • Upper/lower limit overflow alarm output current: IH ≈ 20.8 mA / IL ≈ 3.8 mA
    • Input open-circuit alarm output current: I ≈ 20.8 mA
    • Conversion accuracy: 0.2%
    • Temperature drift: 0.01% F.S./°C
    • Response time: 1 second to reach 90% of the final value.
    • Dielectric strength: 1500 VAC for 1 minute
    • Insulation resistance: ≥100 MΩ/500 VDC
    • Electromagnetic Compatibility: GB/T 18268 (IEC 61326-1)
    • Operating ambient temperature: -20°C to 60°C
    • Applicable field devices: two‑wire and three‑wire RTD sensors and thermocouple sensors. Note: For open‑circuit alarm current < 4 mA or other special requirements, customization is required.
