Product Introduction
The signal intelligent isolator isolates and converts input current or voltage signals into multiple isolated current or voltage outputs, enabling simultaneous data acquisition from multiple devices. This product requires an independent power supply and features three‑terminal isolation between the input, output, and power supply. It includes an on‑board self‑diagnostic function and allows configuration of the signal type and output mode in case of a fault via a PC or a handheld programmer.
Technical Specifications
- Power Supply: 18 VDC to 32 VDC, with reverse polarity protection.
- Operating power consumption: ≤2.5 W (24 V, three outputs at full load); ≤3 W (24 V, four outputs at full load)
- Input signals: 0/4–20 mA, 0/1–5 V, 0/2–10 V
- Distribution voltage: Open-circuit voltage ≤ 26 V; at 20 mA, output voltage ≥ 23 V.
- Output signals: Current: 0–4 to 20 mA (dual-channel, passive support), 0–10 mA; Voltage: 0–1 to 5 V, 0–10 V.
- Permissible load: 0–4 mA: RL ≤ 550 Ω; 0–10 mA: RL ≤ 1.1 kΩ; 0–1 V: RL ≥ 1 MΩ; 0–10 V: RL ≥ 2 MΩ.
- Conversion accuracy: 0.1% F.S. (25°C ± 2°C)
- Temperature Drift: 40 ppm/°C
- Response time: ≤500 ms
- Electromagnetic Compatibility: IEC 61326-3-1
- Dielectric strength: ≥1500 VAC (between input, output, and power supply)
- Insulation resistance: ≥100 MΩ (input/output/power supply)
- Operating temperature: -20°C to +60°C
- Storage temperature: -40°C to +80°C
- Output status: Unless otherwise specified by the user, the output will track the input signal across the full‑scale range regardless of any fault condition in the input signal (except for open‑circuit or short‑circuit conditions on 4–20 mA or 1–5 V inputs, in which case a standalone power‑supply unit outputs 0 V/mA, while a loop‑powered unit outputs 3.5 mA). However, the output shall not exceed 110% of the upper limit of the output range (e.g., for a 0–20 mA output, the minimum output of a standalone unit may be 0 mA, and the minimum output of a loop‑powered unit shall be no less than 3.5 mA, with a maximum not exceeding 22 mA).
