Product Introduction
The Temperature Transmitter accepts thermocouples and resistance temperature detectors as inputs and, after isolation and conversion, outputs current or voltage signals. This product requires an independent power supply, with three-terminal isolation between the input, output, and power supply. It features built-in online fault self-diagnosis and allows configuration of the temperature range, signal type, and output mode in case of signal failure via a PC or a handheld programmer.
Technical Specifications
- Power supply: 18 VDC to 32 VDC; 85 VAC to 265 VAC (90 VDC to 360 VDC)
- Operating power consumption: ≤0.7 W (24 V, single-channel full-load output); ≤1.3 W (24 V, dual-channel full-load output); ≤1.3 W (220 V, single-channel full-load output); ≤2.5 W (220 V, dual-channel full-load output)
- Input signals: thermocouples such as K, E, S, B, J, T, R, and N; resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) such as Pt100, Cu100, Cu50, BA1, and BA2.
- Lead resistance: ≤20 Ω per lead (for resistance thermometers)
- Output signals: Current: 0–4 to 20 mA (dual-channel, passive support), 0–10 mA; Voltage: 0–1 to 5 V, 0–10 V.
- Permissible load: 0–4 mA: RL ≤ 550 Ω; 0–10 mA: RL ≤ 1.1 kΩ; 0–1 V: RL ≥ 1 MΩ; 0–10 V: RL ≥ 2 MΩ.
Passive: RL < [(U−3)/0.02] Ω; where U is the loop voltage. - Compensation accuracy: 1°C (compensation temperature range: −20°C to +60°C)
- Temperature Drift: 40 ppm/°C
- Response time: ≤500 ms
- Electromagnetic Compatibility: IEC 61326-3-1
- Dielectric strength: ≥1500 VAC (between input, output, and power supply)
- Insulation resistance: ≥100 MΩ (input/output/power supply)
- Operating temperature: -20°C to +60°C
- Storage temperature: -40°C to +80°C
- Output status: Unless otherwise specified by the user, regardless of the fault condition of the input signal, the output will track the input signal across the full-scale range (except for an open circuit, in which case the output is 0 V/mA); however, the output shall not exceed 110% of the upper limit of the output range. For example, with a 0 mA to 20 mA output, the minimum output can be 0 mA, and the maximum shall not exceed 22 mA.
